We celebrated our latest students who have achieved their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award. They have completed all three challenge areas and have been officially signed off.

Our French study trip returned on Saturday 28th January from their 3-night Paris adventure having had an amazing time.

The Rt Hon Mims Davies MP and Councillor Rex Whittaker visited Imberhorne on Friday 27th January. Mims Davies, MP for Mid Sussex, offered an audience with our Sixth Form students who study Politics A-Level, and this was followed by a tour around our Upper School site.

Windmill Lane was buzzing with the excitement of our annual Careers Networking event on Tuesday 24th January. Year 9 students inquisitively posed questions and took guesses at the occupations of our visiting volunteers.

Mr Jones, Assistant Headteacher, presented assemblies to all year groups during the last week of January on his chosen theme which marked Holocaust Memorial Day.

We were delighted to welcome last year’s Year 13 students for their Certificate Presentation Evening on Wednesday 4th January. The 2022 A Level cohort collected their examination certificates and received subject awards from the Town Mayor, Cllr Adam Peacock.

We are pleased to announce the latest winners of our school Imber200 Lottery, drawn by our very own Year 7 Imberstars in December.

Our Christmas in the Community campaign for 2022 encouraged our students to gift a Christmas chocolate to a young person who is living in a care setting this year.

Staff, students and everyone else who went are simply buzzing with excitement after watching the four spectacular shows of High School Musical performed at the Chequer Mead across Thursday 17th to Saturday 19th November.
