The week of Challenge 2022 with over 200 Year 9 students in Shropshire at Culmington Manor at the end of June was extremly successful. The students embraced every opportunity to push themselves out of their comfort zone and gain in character and independance.
It was great to see the return of our annual art exhibition that showcases the work of our talented art students across all three key stages. Local business Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions Group sponsored the event and selected a GCSE and A Level winner from the wonderful art work produced this year.

Year 7 enjoyed Geography Field Trips in June to extend their learning beyone the classroom. As part of their Geography syllabus they have been studying energy and so the opportunity to visit the Rampion Visitor Centre in Brighton was perfect to allow the students to gain first-hand experience of
Year 8 enjoyed a trip to both a solar and wind farm at Berwick and Shepham during the first week back after May Half Term. Their classroom learning is on the topic of energy this term and this trip allowed our students some first-hand experience of renewable energy in action.
It was a pleasure to host a fabulous debating derby at Imberhorne on 26th May between Imberhorne and Sackville Students. Mr Brown, Headteacher, commented, 'It is wonderful to see and hear opinions being articulated and examined, you can sense young minds being shaped by their thinking.
