We are so grateful to TASEG (The Arts Society East Grinstead) for their continued support of Imberhorne School.They have provided us with another year of generous donations which allows us to buy enriching extras for our students.

We are delighted to share that students in Years 7,8 & 9 have had their work selected for publication by the Young Writers’ Competition. We asked students for a 100 word saga around the theme of ‘Unsolved’.

Tess Watson in Year 13 was awarded first prize in our annual partnership, celebrating Art at Imberhorne, with LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group. Her stunning painting wins a £50 Amazon Voucher and LexisNexis in East Grinstead will display the artwork in their offices for a whole year.

Friday 2nd July was a special day at our Windmill Lane site. The sun was shining and our eldest Key Stage 3 students enjoyed their celebration events to mark the beginning of their next educational chapter as they move to our Upper School site.

Thank you to Waitrose in East Grinstead for their continued support. They presented a cheque to us for £333 in June to deposit in our school uniform fund, which will help some of our more vulnerable and financially in need families. 

Our fabulous Imberhorne Equestrian Team attended the Felbridge Grass Roots jumping on Sunday 13th June and had a great day representing the school and competing against a big field of riders. Darcy secured 13th place in the 60cm with a big class of 52 riders.

Congratulations to our Year 11 and 13 students who graduated from Imberhorne on 27th May.

Our Year 7s competed in the mixed Interform Netball Tournament on 27th May. It was a really good atmosphere and a great way to finish the half term. There were some very high scoring games with 7Q being crowned the overall winners.
