Accolades were aplenty as poetry week never ceases to impress. The students excelled themselves with their enthusiasm, motivation and creative prowess for the entire week of 31st October - 4th November. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> In Year 8 the poet Ash Dickenson inspired our students on 2nd and 3rd November by reciting some of his poems in their assembly. He then followed this up with poetry writing workshops for the entire Year group. These were well received by all and prompted a real buzz amongst students and staff alike.
