Our Christmas in the Community campaign for 2022 encouraged our students to gift a Christmas chocolate to a young person who is living in a care setting this year. We wanted to use this project as an opportunity for our students to further develop their empathy skills, so Year 7 students spent time in their Personal Development lesson at the end of November producing nearly 300 hand written tags to accompany the chocolate gifts. These tags were not only creatively decorated, they had festive messages written by our students so that the young people of our school could share words of kindness with other young people. West Sussex Children's Services collected the hundreds of donations that were made by our students and were absolutely bowled over by the generosity and kindness of Imberhorne School.  Thank you to everyone involved.
