Sunday 29th September was the first outing for the newly formed Imberhorne School Equestrian Team, making history for Imberhorne School. Libby Webber, fresh from her succes at the Southdown East Pony Club Trials, Ella Bates, Millie Spencer, Georgina Crawley and Tilly Vandervell had a very wet start to the day but were full of enthusiasm. For some members it was their first competition with their horse.

There were 15 schools competing in a 70cm show jumping course at Felbridge Show ground. Libby and Ella both got round clear with some tight turns and Millie and Georgina had an unlucky pole down.

Although there were no placings this time, it was a fantastic start for the team with smiles all round. Team Manager, Mrs Webber commented "I could not be prouder of them all and their support of each other was a reflection of Imberhorne School's ethos and values'
